This is accomplished through a range of partnerships with various government departments and the private sector.

Unemployed
Underemployed (i.e. Part-time, Casual, Low Income or Job Threatened)
Meet the Employment Insurance Eligibility Requirements
Be on Social Assistance
Be Unemployed Youth between the ages of 15-30
Be a Person with a Disability
