The Federal Court has approved a deadline of June 27, 2025, for Claimants to submit any missing information related to their Claim for compensation.
While the Claims Period is over, and the Administrator is not accepting new Claim Forms, some Claims are missing important information that is needed for processing.
If a Claimant submitted a Claim Form or Extension Request by January 13, 2023, and has not heard back from the Administrator, their Claim Form may be missing information. The Administrator cannot process forms with missing information. Missing details must be submitted by June 27, 2025, to ensure Claims can be processed.
